Freedom Plan

Our most flexible discounted rate, pay-as-you-go program, the Freedom Plan uses a garage access tag that automatically deducts charges from your credit card, no pay stations required. For current rates, contact the 100 Clarendon Garage Office at 617-275-0151 or by email.

Monthly Parking Pass

Our most convenient program: unlimited 24/7 access to the garage, for only $425/month. Monthly Parking Pass holders receive:

  • Guaranteed 24/7/365 access to P2 Level of the garage
  • Quick access via express entry and exit
  • Convenient payment options, including automatic credit card payment

Reserved Monthly Parking Program

Receive a designated, exclusive parking space — located on level two or three of the facility — anytime you need it, for $640/month. A limited number of reserved spaces on level one are also available.

Reserved Monthly Parking Program members receive:

  • Guaranteed 24/7/365 access to the garage
  • Quick access via express entry and exit
  • Convenient payment options, including automatic credit card payment

Overnight Monthly Program

For $135/month (or $110/month when pre-paying for a year) our overnight monthly program offers:

  • Garage access on weekdays from 3:30PM–9:30PM
  • All-day access Saturdays & Sundays
  • All-day access on designated holidays (New Year’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Columbus Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day)
  • 2 free “sick days” per month
  • Quick access via express entry and exit

Important Information

APPLICATIONS

Your application for a parking program can be completed at the garage office. Once the application and payment are received (via check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), your AVI Tag will be activated within 24 hours, Monday–Friday. Tags can be picked up anytime at the garage office located on the Clarendon Street side of the facility’s first floor.

 

PAYMENT STATEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

To receive account payment statements, customers must come in person to the Garage office and present proper identification.

Thirty days notice is required for cancellation of all Monthly Parker Programs. To cancel, contact the 100 Clarendon Garage Office at 617-275-0151, a $50 fee will apply if not cancelled with proper notice.
