Memorial Statue of Jack Connors planned at 200 Clarendon

The Boston Globe reports that a statue honoring the late Jack Connors—a prominent Boston advertising executive, philanthropist, and civic leader—will be installed at the base of 200 Clarendon Street (formerly the John Hancock Tower) in the Back Bay. The statue is being privately commissioned by Joe Nolan, CEO of Eversource and a close friend of Connors, who helped raise $2 million for the project. Created by renowned sculptor Pablo Eduardo, the bronze sculpture will depict Connors seated on a bench with one arm extended, reflecting his friendly, approachable personality.
